"BMA is comprised of several Atlanta residents who believe that though there are several Atlanta-based Jamaican organizations engaged in significant outreach activities to address various needs in Jamaica, there exists an urgent need for a concerted and focused effort to reach as many disadvantaged children as possible across the country on an ongoing and sustainable basis. With high levels of enthusiasm and the desire to give back to their country, a natural momentum to organize themselves under a new organization emerged."
